I will go above and beyond to make sure that I exceed each one of your expectations! Whether that's having an extra meeting to make sure your timeline is perfect, fluffing your beautiful wedding dress, getting you water (or a much needed glass of wine), or sending you a sneak peek gallery the day after your wedding, I promise that you will receive the best of the best!

1. Booking
Upon your inquiry, you will receive my wedding pricing guide with all of the details that you will need to choose the perfect package for you. Once the specifics of the initial booking process are finalized, you will then receive the virtual Hayley Gastiger Bridal Guide with 60+ pages of helpful information along with a welcome gift with some really fun goodies! From here we will schedule our first meeting to discuss all of the fun wedding plans and details.

2. Engagement Session
Now the fun really begins! During our first meeting together we will schedule your engagement session and also choose the perfect location. We will spend about an hour or so together capturing sweet couple portraits to celebrate your engagement while also working through posing to prepare you for your wedding day. More information regarding your engagement session will be included in my Wedding Guide (outfit suggestions, posing, helpful reminders).

3. Final Meeting
As your wedding day approaches, I will be available to help with anything and everything you may need - vendor recommendations, timeline preparation, planning suggestions, reviewing your timeline, and more! When we are about 4 weeks away, we will have a final phone call to review all of the final details and discuss any last minute concerns or questions. This way, when you wake up on your wedding day, you will be totally stress free and ready to only focus on marrying the man of your dreams!

4. Wedding Day
As your wedding day approaches, I will be available to help with anything and everything you may need - vendor recommendations, timeline preparation, planning suggestions, reviewing your timeline, and more! When we are about 4 weeks away, we will have a final phone call to review all of the final details and discuss any last minute concerns or questions. This way, when you wake up on your wedding day, you will be totally stress free and ready to only focus on marrying the man of your dreams!

5. Gallery Delivery
You can expect to receive your finished gallery approximately 4 weeks after your wedding day. Your beautifully displayed online gallery is where you will be able to download and share all of the high-resolution digital images. They are backed up for 10 years online, so your gallery will never disappear on you! How cool is that?!
If you choose a wedding package that includes a custom album, we will then begin the album design process after you receive your digital gallery.
